DOMINIC SOLANKE wants to quit Chelsea at the end of the season, believes manager Antonio Conte.
The academy product’s current deal expires in the summer, with plenty of clubs interested in his services. Liverpool are said to be eyeing a move for the playmaker and he has supposedly told friends he is keen to move to Anfield.
“I don’t know [about his future] I should have a crystal ball to tell you about his future,” Conte said.
“For now he is at Chelsea, I don’t know about his future. Is he leaving? I don’t know, I think this is his will.
“It is best to ask him [why]. I think for a young player to stay in a great team like Chelsea is a great opportunity.
“I have spoken with him to try to understand his will. It is normal.
“We must have a great respect for every decision.
“His contract expires in June and he has the full will to stay in Chelsea or to go away.”
